After sharing a playful concept sketch, that was inspired by my experience growing up around tractor pulls, I was approached to develop apparel designs as a way to show brand loyalty–much like sports enthusiasts have for their sports teams. The layout provides customization for various tractor brands and appeal for a wider audience. Each design captures the pride, personality and enthusiasm of the tractor pulling community.
I leaned into a vintage lettering style to reflect the heritage and character of antique tractors. After generating interest in the design, I digitized the layout using Adobe Illustrator, refining the letterforms through type manipulation developing adaptable color palettes that can be tailored to represent different tractor brands.
